Welcome to the Neighborhood
Wont you be my Neighbor?
Selling and Buying a Home are very personal experiences and I believe folks should really know who they are hiring for such an important and personal transaction. My website was designed for you to get to know me and my qualifications and how I can best help you.
First, I am a Full Time Broker Associate and real estate has been my only career for the past 20 years. Previously, I was a Teacher for Special Needs Children. I’m an active member of Brick Presbyterian Church and a Volunteer for Ocean County Caregivers. I'll leave my education and awards for you to see on my resume' on the tab on top.
I have been your Water Front Neighbor from 1991 to 2019. Living on the water and living through Super Storm Sandy and the aftermath has given me hands on knowledge of all the aspects that relate to the purchase or sale of your water front home or a home that is zoned in a flood zone. It was an education that I didn't plan for but helps me confidently sell water front homes.
If you are thinking about selling your home I will be happy to explain the different phases of preparing for a sale and what to expect throughout the transaction. My marketing plan is detailed and materials are done professionally and will highlight the best parts of what you love about your home. Pictures do say a thousand words and are what get buyers in your home so I rely only on a Professional Photographer, Shore Thing Marketing. If your home is on water front or a large piece of property we will also want to highlight with aerial pictures. I also offer a virtual tour and a visual tour with each linked to the MLS, all the major home websites and social media.
I am very service oriented and communicate well with my sellers to keep them informed of upcoming showings, follow up and feedback. I do my best to answer my phone without having to return calls and I will communicate with you in whatever method you prefer. Some people only like texts while others prefer a phone call or email.
If you're interested in purchasing a home anywhere in Ocean/Monmouth Counties and flood elevation and the amount of flood insurance is important to you, then let my experience work for you. If you're a first time home buyer I will walk you through each important process, one step at a time and not overwhelm you with the information all at once. Purchasing a home should be a pleasant experience and I'm here to make that happen. Please see my testimonial page from my past customers on the resume tab above. I will be happy to provide references.
I currently live in the Adult Community, Seaview Village in Brick (Yikes! I'm old enough to buy into an adult community!) I shop and patronize local Brick and Ocean County businesses. My specialty and 20 years of experience in standard real estate transactions, water front properties, short sales, bank owned, renovation and storm damaged property has afforded me the opportunity to help many people. I am determined to part of the revitalization of our neighborhoods.
An opportunity to serve your real estate needs would be my pleasure. Thank you for taking the time to preview my website. - Please click here or above to see my resume which details my education and experience.
